Moving & Reorganization: No More “Mystery Box” Moving 📦

The most painful part of moving isn’t the heavy lifting, but the despair of standing in a new house with 50 boxes, needing a toothbrush, and having no idea where it is.

📦 Packing Phase: Making Boxes “Transparent”

1. Virtual Hub

Create a new top-level Space in the app named “Moving Transit”.

2. “One Box, One Location” Rule

Every time you pack a physical box:

Write a big number (e.g., “#01”) on the box with a marker.
In the app’s “Moving Transit” space, create a Location named “Box #01 (Kitchen)“.

3. Rapid Entry

Enable “Continuous Add”.
As you put things in the box, log them fast:
- Put in plate -> Type “Plate” -> Save.
- Put in cup -> Type “Mug” -> Save.
Key Step: Before sealing, take a top-down photo of the box contents as the Location’s cover image.

Now you have a digital packing list.

🚚 Transport & Arrival: Full Control

1. Inventory Check

When movers unload, you just verify box numbers against your app. “#01 arrived”, “#02 arrived”… Ensure nothing is lost.

2. “Where is that thing?”

This is MononoMori’s moment to shine.

Need shampoo for a shower? Don’t open boxes randomly.
Search “Shampoo”.
System says: It’s in “Box #03 (Bathroom)”.
You open only Box #03. The rest can wait.

🏡 Unpacking & Positioning: Building New Order

Moving isn’t the end; it’s the start of a new order.

1. Batch Move

When you take plates out of “#01 Box” and put them in the new cupboard:

Create Space “New Kitchen” and Location “Cupboard” in the app.
Enter “Box #01”, long-press item to enter Batch Selection.
Select All (or items taken out), tap “Move to…”.
Select “New Kitchen > Cupboard”.

2. Destroy Space

When “Box #01” is empty physically, delete that Location in the app. As boxes vanish, your new home is built digitally step by step.

💡 Renovation & Storage Scenarios

Same logic applies to temporary storage during renovation:

Create “Warehouse Storage” space.
Record content of every bag.
Even if renovation takes 6 months, you won’t forget which shoe is in which bag, nor buy duplicates.
