What is it about?

When you send this, your message, your email (if you give one), your browser and device type, and your rough location are stored in our feedback inbox on Cloudflare, and the developer gets a notice in an internal Discord channel. We use them only to read and answer you, and never publish them.

Common questions

I got a new iPhone. Are my ropes still there?

Yes. Mori Notes syncs through your own iCloud: sign in to the same Apple Account in the Settings app on the new phone, and your ropes come across. In the app, Settings › iCloud sync shows when it last synced.

I didn't get a reminder when a seed sprouted.

Check that Remind me when a seed sprouts is on in the app’s Settings. The reminder comes at 9 in the morning on the day the seed sprouts. If notifications for Mori Notes are off in the Settings app, turn them on there too.

Prices show the wrong currency.

Change it in Settings › Currency; it follows your region by default. The new currency is used for prices you write from then on. Prices you already wrote keep their own currency.

How long does the Seed Jar wait?

7 days by default. Change it in Settings › Seed jar waits.

Does it cost anything?

No. Mori Notes is free, with no ads and no sign-up.
